You've found the website of the most famous bar in Corralejo. The world meets here. And because they tell their friends, people all over the world know about us We've been featured in the EasyJet in-flight magazine and in the Daily Mail travel section We're British-owned but we're not a British bar We're a Spanish bar but our regulars come from all over the world You'll find locals side-by-side with expats and holiday visitors This used to be a Spanish bar for locals; and that's how we wanted to keep it Which means that we sell our drinks at Spanish prices. Our inspiration for our food came from the classic small-town-America diner Huge choice, freshly cooked to order, from the best ingredients Somehow the USA only exports the worst of its food So if you think an American hamburger is what you get in McDonalds Think again We only use 100% Irish Beef burgers, Our chicken burgers are made by a local butcher to our recipe, And our salmon burgers come from Finland. Visitors bring us ingredients and ideas from all over the world and we calculate there are over 44 billion variations we can make. And they all have one thing in common. They're fabulous. Forget everything you think you know about burgers. We've changed the rules. |
