Meanwhile, from Sarah and Garry... It was fun while it lasted - and hard work too! After nearly three years we've said goodbye our world-famous bar/diner and returned to England. When we arrived, in 2007, we took over a small Spanish bar and turned it into a place where all nationalities meet, and created the most talked-about burgers in Then came the recession - but we just got busier. But running a busy bar turned out not to be compatible with our expanding family so we had to make the sad decision to leave. In three short years we have made some fabulous friends and hope to keep in touch with many of you. We are delighted that the new owners, Debs and Fred from Orange Project Bar, are intending to continue Las Canas unchanged. And we hope they'll be as lucky as we were to meet such wonderful customers. Yes, we'll miss it all especially the Fuerteventura sun - that we only used to see on our day off! The English weather may not be so good but at least we'll see more of it! So goodbye, friends. We hope you'll remember us as fondly as we remember you all.
